
About Me
My name is Dawn Anderson, and I have been an Associate Faculty member at Everett Community College (EvCC) since September 2019. Currently, I teach the Graphic Design Process and Infographic Design. I recently joined the Design Department at Lake Washington Institute of Technology as an Adjunct Professor where I am teaching the Business of Creatives.
In addition to my teaching role at EvCC, I have served in the following capacities:

- Canvas template beta tester (Winter/Spring 2021)
- Part-time Instructional Design Assistant (Winter 2021)
I own and work at Tiny Stars Creative when I am not teaching. At Tiny Stars, I create websites, logos, and marketing materials for small to medium-sized businesses and non-profit organizations.
I recently completed the MicroMasters® Program in Instructional Design and Technology at the UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND GLOBAL CAMPUS.
I have a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from HARVARD UNIVERSITY, Derek Bok Center for Teaching and Learning.
I earned an MS in Information Technology with a concentration in Web Design from WILMINGTON UNIVERSITY, New Castle, DE.
I am a Certified Webmaster from PENN STATE UNIVERSITY, Media, PA, and have a BA Advertising / Journalism – TEMPLE UNIVERSITY, Philadelphia, PA.
